the television in my room did not work, and despite reporting it to the front desk, it was never fixed. This was FRUSTRATING, especially in the evenings when i wanted to relax.

I stayed in a big room. It had a very comfy bed! The bathroom was also huge. The staff provided quick service at the bar, and the restaurant employees checked on rosemary content in dishes for allergies! It was really helpful.

The room was dated, and the air conditioning was not on when I arrived. It was hot! The quality decreased when the snack bar moved to the bar area. The pool was cold as usual for Spanish pools. there was glass on the floor sometimes.

I found the hotel location very convenient. it was close to the beach and other attractions. the room service was regular and helpful (which i appreciate). i also enjoyed the varied food options available. There were many choices at each meal.

the gym's equipment felt limited. it needed more variety to fully satisfy workout needs. i also noticed a lack of toiletries provided in the bathroom (only soap and shampoo were available). it caused some delays.
